The methodology is developed under 4 steps:
- Training: Consists of providing all the knowledge about COVID guidelines, so that prior technical knowledge can be obtained.
- Systems: It consists of raising requirements and data, to leave the system ready for use.
- Procedures: By having the system, you will have at your disposal the know-how (standard procedures), to be implemented in your organization.
- Community: By having our service, you will be able to access invaluable information for the improvement of your organization.
The management of the use of the system is developed under 5 steps:
- ANALYZE: Where initially the company will make a diagnosis of how the company is doing against the Anti COVID guidelines.
- IDENTIFY: Once the status of the company has been analyzed under the Anti COVID guidelines, all the procedures and persons responsible for the implementation of a MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE PLAN can be proposed, planned and identified.
- PREVENT: This step allows you to take preventive actions to avoid COVID infections.
- CONTROL: In this step, it will allow you to control what is planned and verify that the proposed actions are being executed.
- ACT: Through this last step, actions will be established, in case no incidents have been found that threaten the health of the staff.

The Continuous Improvement Service-updates has the following scope:
- New authorized versions of ODOO (either Major or Minor Versions).
- Software updates containing bug fixes.
- Documentation Updates for Software regarding regulatory changes.
- Information on the availability of software updates and support material for use.
- Improvements requested by the client, in case the scope changes, it will imply a cost of hrs.
